Case Study - Oneill Engineering Ltd

Oneill Engineering Ltd is an engineering firm based in Morrinsville.  They manufacture and build farm sheds and buildings, serving the greater Waikato area.

Oneill Engineering decided to switch to the C-talk phone service early in 2009, and straight away saw cost benefits.  By utilising the C-talk digital phone service, they were able to reduce their typical phone bill amount by 37%!  Over the period of 12 months this will add up to a significant annual savings for the business.

Oneill Engineering also chose to install new digital phones in their offices.  These highly featured phones have a large LCD display that give clear caller information, and provide easy access to functions such as call transfers, and a phone directory.  Utilising these phones has meant that Oneill Engineering could do away with their ageing Telecom PBX unit, while still getting more functionality out of their phone system.
