C-talk Conference Service Guide

Thanks for using the C-talk conference service. The service provides a great, cost-effective way to have a tele-conference meeting. Here are the instructions for use.

To access the conference room, just dial the number that has been allocated to you for the service.

You will be prompted to enter a PIN.  If you are the supervisor, enter your supervisor PIN (provided to you by e-mail), followed by the # key.

If you are a guest, enter the guest PIN (provided to you by e-mail), followed by the # key.

You will be prompted to Record your name. Remember to push the # key after saying your name. Then press 1 to accept.

You will now be in the conference room. You can press the * key to access these options:

1 - Mute/Unmute self
2 - Lock/Unlock room to block new entrants (Supervisors only)
3 - Eject last user who entered conference (Supervisors only)
4 - Decrease conference volume
6 - Increase conference volume
7 - Decrease Your own volume
9 - Increase Your own volume
8 - Exit menu

Once you're finished the conference, just hang up - that's it!
